Clinical Careers

Opportunity, Growth, Leadership, Excellence.

Welcome Letter From Our Vice President of Operations

Thank you for your interest in Providence Anesthesiology Associates. Searching for your first job or changing practices is an overwhelming process. I would like to share with you some of the many reasons that I chose to join and build my career with PAA.

PAA is a private practice physician group built on a foundation of fairness and trust, fostering leadership in all. I was treated as an equal colleague from day one; my ideas were heard and my interests were taken into account. Our practice continues to experience growth, expanding our footprint not only locally within our healthcare system, but also throughout the region and on a national level. With this ongoing expansion and the strong desire to remain independent, leadership opportunities continually present themselves. I am fortunate to have colleagues who are mentors and care about the legacy of PAA long after their retirement. This strong mentorship was the reason that I was elected as Vice President of Operations early in my career. Contributing to our practice beyond my clinical expertise is now a part of my career that I find greatly satisfying.

PAA is structured so that each anesthesiologist has the opportunity to maintain their skills in all aspects of anesthesia care while treating a challenging patient population and case mix. We are experts in our field and consultants to our hospital systems and surgical colleagues. We have a very diverse group from some of the best residency and fellowship programs all over the country. We have academic and military backgrounds, a vast array of subspecialty training, and a wide range of non-clinical interests and involvement. We work as a team to provide our patients with supreme care and clinical experience. Our team knows that our independence and commitment to remaining a private physician group is paramount in our ability to continue in this mission.

Please contact me with any questions that you have about PAA. I promise you that I will be completely transparent during our communication. I wish you the best of luck in your journey and hope that you will find a practice that is as fulfilling for you as Providence Anesthesiology Associates has been for me.
